Handmade in a family owned workshop outside of Cairo, this alabaster orb makes a beautiful votive holder diffusing light and showing off the stone's natural patterns. Alabaster is yellow onyx quarried in Egypt and has been used to carve hand-made vessels for over 5000. Each piece is handmade from a natural material so variations in each piece will occur.
