Handmade Vintage Kantha Placemat, Golden, Set of 2

Gorgeous mosaic fray placemat handmade in India from vintage saris created by Japanese designer Mieko Mintz.

Mieko uses traditional Kantha fabric which are layers of vintage throws and saris joined together by a hand embroidered running stitch. The result is a merging of Indian and Japanese cultures into a contemporary and sophisticated line of table linens.

Placemat can be reversible.
